Key Responsibilities
As a WTW Power Platform / SharePoint Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Build responsive and dynamic SPFx web parts using Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Azure innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage source control and deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in:
- SPFx, Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI
- Experience with Azure development and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Background working in agile software development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with enterprise-level SharePoint development in global organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure services, Fabric, Synapse, Databricks).
