Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12+ colleagues, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation.
- Set and monitor KPIs, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular monthly connect sessions to review team performance, address issues, and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze team outputs, identify trends, risks, and operational inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee quality control, audit, and governance for all compensation survey projects.
- Implement talent management practices including succession planning, talent reviews, and career development initiatives.
- Drive recognition and engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation for project processes and client deliverables.
- Simplify and improve processes, reduce manual interventions, and ensure compliance with change management protocols.
- Engage in direct client communication to resolve data-cleaning and reporting issues.

Qualifications
