Kroll is seeking an experienced IAM Architect – Director in India to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients across the US and EMEA regions. This strategic leadership role requires 8+ years of hands-on IAM experience, including expertise in SSO, MFA, PAM, and Identity Governance. The successful candidate will oversee full project lifecycles, mentor engineering teams, drive pre-sales initiatives, and ensure compliance with international security regulations. Key Responsibilities

IAM Architecture & Implementation

• Design and deploy advanced IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance.
• Architect solutions tailored for US and EMEA enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Lead configuration, deployment, and integration of IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies.

Strategic Leadership & Mentorship

• Oversee full IAM project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, solution architecture, and client presentations.

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting, implementing continuous improvement in security operations.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Innovation & Compliance

• Stay updated on global IAM best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead strategic IAM assessments and roadmap planning for enterprise clients.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven expertise in IAM architecture, SSO, MFA, PAM, and Identity Governance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for global teams.
• Experience managing international, client-facing projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive security adoption.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Saviynt, CyberArk, Veza, Okta, and other IAM tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks across US and EMEA regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Preferred certifications: Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint Identity Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale IAM deployments and pre-sales initiatives.
