Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
- Act as a strategic data advisor, shaping innovative data solutions from concept to execution.
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models using appropriate algorithms.
- Build and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Design scalable data models for structured and unstructured data on big data platforms.
- Oversee data acquisition, cleaning, integration, ensuring quality and governance.
- Perform complex data analyses and generate actionable business insights.
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Project Management
- Lead data-driven projects, planning, executing, and monitoring deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify and address roadblocks, ensuring timely project completion.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular data audits and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain and enhance data infrastructure.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Facilitate data-sharing and collaboration across departments.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.
- Propose process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a learning culture.
Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with big data platforms (Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, DAX for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Skilled in creating dashboards/reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Qualifications
