Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A integrations and separations, including strategy, day-1 planning, and post-deal implementation.
- Manage Programme Management Office (PMO) activities, including tracking RAID logs, benefits, costs, and dependencies.
- Coordinate functional workstreams to deliver integration/separation objectives.
- Engage with client senior management to develop and implement integration strategies.
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder management activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Provide risk mitigation, issue resolution, and reporting to senior executives.
- Contribute to internal practice development, business development, and sales material preparation.
- Foster inclusive and collaborative team culture across diverse project teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong M&A transaction knowledge and understanding of deal processes.
- Proven program and project management expertise (PRINCE2 or PMP preferred).
- Ability to manage change management and transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Capable of building trusted relationships across client and internal teams.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Minimum 7+ years in M&A, deal transformation, or post-merger integration.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or top-tier corporate institutions preferred.
- Familiarity with integration/separation programme delivery and cross-industry projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson is a plus.
- Willingness to travel if required, though this profile is primarily hybrid.
