Key Responsibilities
Cost Management & Optimization
- Conduct project-level cost analysis and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Implement cost-saving strategies in collaboration with Resource Management and Procurement teams.
- Monitor cost variances and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Cash Flow & Billing Planning
- Prepare and track cash forecasts, including billed/unbilled receivables and unapplied cash.
- Optimize working capital through receivables and payables initiatives.
- Align billing plans with engagement terms and resolve gaps between forecasts and actuals.
Financial Operations & Transformation
- Support finance automation and touchless operations projects.
- Define business requirements for technology-enabled solutions and assist in UAT/testing.
- Monitor ROI from tech investments and collaborate with Tech and COO teams for scalable solutions.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to project controls and financial policies.
- Support continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
- Partner with QRM and Delivery Excellence teams for compliance assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with service line leaders and finance teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in project controlling, cost management, and finance operations.
- Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, with knowledge of FieldGlass, Anaplan, and I-Certis as a plus.
- Experience in finance transformation projects and dashboard/tool adoption.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- CA / MBA in Finance.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, project controlling, or cost management roles.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or large services organization is preferred.
