Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring a Manager – Digital Government in Kolkata to lead and deliver large-scale eGovernance and digital transformation projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals skilled in business requirement gathering, IT blueprint creation, SLA/vendor management, and SDLC processes.

As a Manager in Deloitte’s Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OIDS) team, you will work with government stakeholders and institutions to design and implement digital governance strategies, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and scalability in public sector technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Government Manager at Deloitte, you will:

• Lead large-scale eGovernance projects from design to implementation.
• Generate and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive IT blueprints and solution architectures.
• Oversee vendor management, including SLA monitoring and performance governance.
• Apply SDLC best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with public sector clients to design sustainable, scalable, and citizen-centric digital solutions.
• Provide strategic advisory for digital governance policies and initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong background in digital governance and eGovernance consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in business requirement analysis, IT blueprinting, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLA) management and vendor performance oversight.
• Proven experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale transformation programs in government or public sector domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or related field.
• Significant experience in public sector consulting and eGovernance projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
