Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP GRC, HANA Security, and Risk Advisory engagements from solution design to Go-Live.
- Manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive proposals, demos, and POCs.
- Design and implement risk and control frameworks aligned with client business processes.
- Act as functional and technical lead on SAP security projects.
- Resolve client challenges through innovative SAP GRC solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and functional queries.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, whitepapers, and Deloitte asset development.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and project documentation standards.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Expertise in SAP Security, GRC Access Controls, HANA Security, and S4 HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, Fiori, BPC, and optional exposure to C4C, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP, Ariba.
- Knowledge of business process controls, compliance, and SOD concepts in SAP environments.
- Ability to implement customized SAP Access and Process Control solutions.
- Experience with GRC rulesets, benchmarking, and remediation activities.
- Strong leadership, client management, and consulting skills.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- CA / MBA / MCA / B.Tech with 10–14 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 5 full life-cycle SAP Security implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 or above.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and client engagements.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
