This role is ideal for professionals with 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, AI/ML, deep learning, and large-scale solution delivery, particularly in NLP, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead the architecture of complex AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Delivery Oversight: Manage end-to-end solution delivery, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, enforce best practices, and provide guidance on solution design and implementation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in solution delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, NLP, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, microservices, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/DevOps).
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale technical projects with high impact.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Java, .NET (as applicable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT architecture, solution delivery, or AI/ML development.
• Track record of successfully leading complex technical projects.
• Experience with enterprise-level AI/ML implementations.
• Ability to mentor teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive solution excellence.
