Key Responsibilities
As a Saviynt Administrator (GMS Staff) at EY, you will:
- Deploy and configure Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to meet client requirements.
- Extend the Saviynt Object Model and manage lifecycle events (JML processes).
- Provide Level 2 support, resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and analysis.
- Administer IGA concepts including:
- User lifecycle management, provisioning & reconciliation
- Auditing, reporting & activity monitoring
- Access certification & SOD management
- Design and manage Attestation & Certification Campaigns such as:
- User Manager, Service Account, Entitlement Owner, Role Owner, Application Owner, Metadata Owner, and Organization Owner campaigns.
- Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions for recurring issues.
- Monitor IAM platform components, perform daily health checks, and provide incident & email support.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for upgrades and system improvements.
- Perform system tuning and optimization for performance enhancement.
- Write custom Java code for connectors, plugins, and custom tasks (preferred).
- Work with different connectors including JDBC, REST/SOAP Web services, SCIM 2.0.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods.
- Strong knowledge of IAM workflows, role provisioning, and certification campaigns.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, global environments.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience writing custom Saviynt connectors or plugins.
- Exposure to JDBC, SCIM 2.0, and web-service connectors.
- Prior experience with application onboarding resources in IAM.
Work Requirements

- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate in a team-driven environment.
