This role is perfect for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), UiPath development, and automation solution design. Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Develop reusable automation components and libraries.
- Integrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Perform debugging, code reviews, and optimization of automation workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and governance standards.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation for scalability and performance.
Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Conduct process feasibility studies and impact analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows.
- Document automation solution designs, process flows, and user manuals.
- Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation components.
- Strong experience with .NET (C#/VB), Java, or Python for custom activities.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, database integrations, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Certified Developer (Advanced/Professional).
- Experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare automation projects.
- Exposure to process mining tools and AI/ML integration with RPA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
