Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Manager at Deloitte, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Node.js, Python, AWS, and Java.
- Configure, automate, and optimize cloud-native solutions on AWS (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Athena, ECS, ECR).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Git.
- Lead application modernization and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable microservices architectures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for production-ready applications.
- Document solutions, test cases, and UAT procedures to ensure delivery excellence.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Full Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (v18+), Python, Java (v8+), and Angular (v16+).
- Cloud Experience: Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Glue, Athena, ECS, ECR).
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Git, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Frameworks & Tools: Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot, Maven build tools.
- Automation & Testing: Knowledge of UI Path, Mock tools, and automation frameworks.
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering / Computer Science (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end software delivery and client-facing engagements.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects.
