Key Responsibilities
As the Global IT Senior Director – Domain Architect HR, you will:
- Define and own the architecture vision for BCG’s HR technology portfolio
- Lead solution architecture design for HR digital transformation projects
- Align data and analytics roadmaps with enterprise architecture strategy
- Develop and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, standards, and frameworks
- Drive integration of SaaS platforms (Workday, recruiting & learning systems) in complex environments
- Partner with business stakeholders to enable technology-enabled business transformation
- Mentor and coach solution architects across HR product teams
- Research and apply emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) for HR solutions
- Optimize solutions for security, scalability, and performance
- Manage architecture proof-of-concepts, innovation pilots, and performance tuning
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in enterprise IT architecture within large global organizations
- Deep knowledge of HR systems, HR digital transformations, and SaaS HR platforms
- Strong background in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), APIs, microservices, and DevOps pipelines
- Experience integrating Data & Analytics solutions into HR platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with senior global stakeholders
- Ability to lead architecture teams, mentor talent, and drive best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of IT architecture experience, ideally in HR domain solutions
- Certification in TOGAF, Open Group, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks
- Proven experience in cloud HR solutions (Workday, SaaS HR tools) and large-scale digital transformations
- Track record of translating business needs into technology architecture at enterprise scale
