Responsibilities

As a Lead IT Architect – AI Architecture, you will:

• Design solution architectures for AI/Gen AI applications across multiple functions.
• Architect production-grade AI solutions including RAG, conversational bots (voice/text), AI agents, and AI-powered search.
• Evaluate Agentic AI platforms from hyperscalers, AI-native providers, and SaaS players.
• Integrate AI/Gen AI platforms with telephony systems, chat platforms, mobile/digital apps, and CRM tools.
• Build data platforms for Gen AI capable of handling unstructured, real-time streaming data across text, voice, video, and images.
• Leverage AI across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Design cloud-based AI/Gen AI applications leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Architect data solutions with Vector DB, Graph DB, RDS, and NoSQL for diverse use cases.
• Develop event-driven architectures, microservices, and scalable digital platforms.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong background in AI/Gen AI solution architecture.
• Proven experience in designing cloud-based AI platforms.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture frameworks (Vector DB, Graph DB, RDS, NoSQL DBs).
• Expertise in event-driven and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, conversational AI, multi-agent AI, and AI-based search solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations with enterprise applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams and influence technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in AI/Gen AI solution architecture and enterprise systems design.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI applications.
• Prior consulting, digital transformation, or large-scale enterprise architecture experience is preferred.
