Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using React.js (front-end) and Java/Kotlin (back-end)
- Build reusable components and implement microservices architecture with Spring Boot
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline management, AWS deployment, and infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Configure and maintain RPA workflows, ensuring maintainability and process optimization
- Conduct business analysis, translate requirements into technical specifications, and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist with UAT and client trainings
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure deployment
- Knowledge of IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) v8 is a plus
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and microservices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
