Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Participate in sales and project initiation phases, including customer requirements and feasibility studies.
- Review and evaluate contract conditions, ensuring legal and commercial accuracy.
- Conduct commercial project status meetings with stakeholders.
- Apply Siemens methodology for risk and opportunity management.
- Ensure compliance with FRG, NCM, and company-specific regulations.
Project Finances
- Verify cost and pricing calculations and maintain accurate project books in SAP.
- Prepare commercial documentation for project reviews and ensure data accuracy (FC, MIKA, cash flow).
- Manage asset allocation, invoicing, and financial guarantees.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP.
- Support project managers in minimizing non-conformance costs and implementing lessons learned.
Risk, Contract & Claims Management
- Ensure compliance with LOA and risk management processes.
- Participate in contract, claims, and change order negotiations.
- Establish a contract and claims management framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to finance, tax, insurance, and currency.
- Communicate contractual obligations to project teams.
- Conduct credit risk analysis for customers and suppliers.
Compliance & Standards
- Drive adherence to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, export controls, hedging, and currency rules.
- Promote a culture of trust, integrity, and compliance within project teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in commercial project management and finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and project controlling.
- Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in a global environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the Energy, Infrastructure, or Engineering sector.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, financial controls, and compliance standards.
