Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual QA testing across web and mobile applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and Node.js.
- Conduct functional and regression testing for high-performance applications.
- Test multi-channel commerce and ERP systems to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to align QA with Agile methodology.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across financial, web, and e-commerce applications.
- Work effectively across offshore, nearshore, and onshore models.
- Provide QA expertise throughout the SDLC, from requirements to release.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proven expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in functional and regression testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and working in global delivery models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of manual QA experience (mandatory).
- 4+ years of automation testing experience (mandatory).
- Experience testing web, financial, or e-commerce applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
