Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect – Kinaxis to design and implement advanced supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse and/or Maestro. Key Responsibilities
As Lead Architect – Kinaxis, you will:
- Gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and support Go/No-Go decisions.
- Architect and design end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions, including data models and workflows.
- Configure Kinaxis modules for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and S&OP.
- Develop custom logic using Action Scripts, Alert Rules, and Task Flows.
- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP, MES, CRM, logistics, and financial systems via REST APIs, middleware, or flat files.
- Design Control Tower dashboards and support real-time what-if simulations.
- Partner with data engineering teams to define data pipelines, transformations, and quality checks.
- Conduct system performance tuning and capacity planning for scalable deployments.
- Build reusable solution components and accelerators for faster implementations.
- Lead technical workshops and blueprinting sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
- Provide mentorship to Kinaxis developers and analysts, and lead external partners/teams.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proven expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro architecture.
- Strong understanding of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Control Tower, Worksheets, Dashboards, and data integration.
- Ability to model and simulate complex planning scenarios.
- Familiarity with other planning tools (O9, OMP, SAP IBP) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps, agile methodologies, and system scalability optimization.
