Responsibilities
As a D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer at Deloitte Pune, you will:
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
- Design, customize, and configure D365 CRM solutions including workflows, plugins, and actions.
- Build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and custom connectors.
- Implement automation processes using Power Automate flows.
- Develop data integration solutions to optimize business workflows and customer engagement.
- Create and customize reports and dashboards in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Write and maintain client-side scripts (JS/TS) and server-side extensions using C#/.NET.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies while leveraging Azure DevOps for project delivery.
- Ensure coding best practices and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features to recommend innovations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, configurations, and extensions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience in Agile project management with Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in global, distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven experience in D365 CRM and Power Platform development.
- Strong skills in plugin development, workflows, and business logic implementation.
- Proficiency in building Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
- Strong experience with Power Automate flows and integrations.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and enterprise system architecture.
- Experience in data modeling, system integration, and CI/CD pipeline creation.
- Hands-on exposure to Custom Pages, Power Virtual Agent, ADF, and cloud automation.
- Exposure to industrial/manufacturing industry software solutions.
