Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM OTBI Consultant at Deloitte, your key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering customized OTBI and BI Publisher reports for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Translating client requirements into technical specifications.
- Building BI Publisher layouts, data models, and templates.
- Performing SQL data extraction, transformation, and integration with Oracle Cloud.
- Troubleshooting and resolving report/data quality issues.
- Optimizing report performance and conducting tuning activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
- Staying current with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related.
- Experience: 3+ years in Oracle reporting, with at least 2 years in OTBI & BI Publisher.
- Technical expertise:
- Oracle Cloud Applications integration with OTBI/BIP
- Strong SQL and Oracle Data Models
- BI Publisher layouts, data models, templates
- XML, XSL, ETL, Data Warehousing concepts
- Preferred Skills:
- Oracle certifications (BI, OTBI, OAC)
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and access management
