Summary

Deloitte India is seeking a Senior Analyst – Change Management Operate (Creative) in Coimbatore to join its Human Capital Operate (HC Operate) team. This role is ideal for experienced visual designers, communication specialists, and e-learning professionals with 3–5 years of experience. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll create communication materials, motion graphics, e-learning designs, and corporate branding assets that support organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Communication
  • Develop templated emailers, infographic newsletters, motion graphics, and e-learning visuals.
  • Translate business requirements into engaging design deliverables across digital and print.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with client branding and user experience best practices.
• E-Learning Development
  • Design and develop e-learning mockups and courses.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to integrate visuals into digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards and LMS publishing is an advantage.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work with project teams to define creative direction.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Present deliverables effectively to internal and client teams.
• Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
  • Mentor junior designers and oversee design quality.
  • Maintain organized documentation of creative assets.
  • Stay current with emerging design tools and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in visual design, communication design, or e-learning.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, and e-learning projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
• Prior exposure to corporate branding, communication, or e-learning content design.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of motion graphics & video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Vyond).
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms for publishing and tracking content.
