Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure on-time project delivery while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong collaboration and clear communication.
- Conduct project meetings and status updates.
- Resolve conflicts and align teams to project goals.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver clear updates on status, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure business requirements are met with high quality.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Track risks throughout the lifecycle and escalate where needed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Provide status reports and dashboards using project management tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–12 years of project management experience with a proven record of delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
