Key Responsibilities
As a PowerApps Developer / Digital CM Architect, you will:
- Design and develop custom apps using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Build automated workflows and streamline business processes with Power Automate (Flow).
- Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure, SQL Server, and other data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Extend Power Platform capabilities using PowerFX, JavaScript, and custom connectors.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security as per enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for improved performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users and teams on PowerApps and Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation
- Integration experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure Services, and custom API connectors
- Programming knowledge in PowerFX and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications
- Prior experience in Digital CRM or Cloud Modernization projects
- Background in enterprise architecture and scalable solution design
