Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development – Architect, design, and build scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React JS.
- System Integration – Ensure seamless integration of applications with enterprise systems and external APIs.
- Performance & Security – Optimize code, resolve bottlenecks, and implement security best practices for handling sensitive financial data.
- Technical Leadership – Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and drive engineering excellence.
- Agile Delivery – Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Testing & Quality – Oversee development of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
- Documentation & Governance – Maintain technical specifications, design docs, and user guides for compliance and future reference.
- Innovation & Transformation – Contribute to Deloitte’s next-gen platforms in cloud, analytics, automation, and AI.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Strong experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with SQL/Oracle/MongoDB databases
- Experience with Git, CI/CD (Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
