Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts for Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Perform Salesforce functional testing, API testing, and automation testing using Selenium.
- Manage and validate test data within Salesforce environments.
- Support system testing, UAT, and user training.
- Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure quality delivery in Agile projects.
- Analyze and test life insurance and annuities processes, including policy lifecycle, claim processing, commissions, and reinsurance.
- Maintain automated test suites and ensure coverage across Salesforce implementations.
- Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and manage test version control with Git/Subversion.
- Collaborate with global teams and provide clear communication and documentation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing across Sales, Service, and related clouds.
- Strong expertise in Selenium automation, functional testing, API testing.
- Good understanding of Apex, Visualforce, SOA architecture, REST & SOAP web services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of OOPs, JDBC concepts, MySQL/Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with tools such as ANT, Maven, Git, Subversion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Strong background in Life Insurance, Annuities, and Retirement services.
- Experience in policy administration, agent compensation, claims processing, commissions, and reinsurance.
- Ability to analyze insurance documents, transactions, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.), Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of testing experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce CRM testing.
- Salesforce QA or automation certifications are a plus.
