📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend development projects using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design, implement, and optimize REST APIs for scalable applications.
- Manage integration of AWS cloud services and Kafka messaging frameworks.
- Guide the team on Unix/Windows environments, data structures, and algorithms.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular (optional) and other technologies.
- Ensure high-quality code standards, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and drive team performance and project delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation for backend workflows.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and AWS.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Windows systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end backend application development.
