Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business planning requirements from clients.
- Collaborate with business users to understand processes, requirements, and optimization opportunities.
- Implement Anaplan solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
- Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and model settings.
- Build and manage data flows between systems and ensure data reconciliation.
- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay current with Anaplan updates, features, and industry trends to enhance planning capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and manage project delivery effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Anaplan implementation and multi-dimensional modeling.
- Anaplan certifications (L1, L2, L3); Solution Architect certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan dashboards, modules, actions, and lists.
- Experience building data flows and integrating multiple systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in global teams (onshore/offshore).
