Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance applications using Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Hibernate in IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI landscape.
- Design, implement, test, and support web applications focused on scalability, availability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot software issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Manage full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Optimize code and architecture using proven design patterns.

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Java-based application development.
- Strong expertise in Java OOP concepts, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JSP/Servlets, and File I/O.
- Proficient in Spring Core, Spring ORM, Spring DAO, Spring AOP, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Knowledge of Build tools (Ant, Maven) and Version Control (Git).
- Experience in Web Technologies and Application Development.
