Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Develop and execute Selenium-based automation scripts for web applications.
- Conduct back-end testing and validate data integrity in MySQL or PgSQL databases.
- Create large test datasets for rigorous system validation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to identify, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Re-test and verify resolved bugs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document test cases, results, and anomalies for continuous improvement.
- Participate in QA process enhancements and recommend testing best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java programming, including:
- Data types, variables, operators, and flow control statements
- Methods (built-in and user-defined), Exception Handling, File Handling
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and JMeter for automation and performance testing.
- Proficiency in database testing using MySQL or PgSQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in software QA testing or software development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
