🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte Pune, you will:

• Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms.
• Customize Salesforce through Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify risks, manage project workstreams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with Deloitte quality standards.
• Provide estimates and assist in overall system architecture and design.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers.
• Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and training manuals.
• Stay current on Salesforce product updates and implementation best practices.

🛠️ Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce features like Lightning, Process Builder, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Communities, or Industry-specific Clouds).
• Good understanding of Heroku and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (preferred).
• Ability to lead Salesforce implementations, conduct client demos, and estimate efforts accurately.
• Proficient in system design, requirement analysis, and developing scalable solutions.

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Graduation from a premier institute preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Consulting or Development.
• Minimum of 1–2 full-cycle Salesforce implementation projects.
• Certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements (domestic and international).
