Key Responsibilities

As the OTC Process Specialist Lead at Halliburton India, you will:

  • Lead one or more OTC functional teams in areas such as:
    • Business Development (Pricing & Contracts, Proposals & Quotes)
    • Operations (Sales Order Management, Invoicing)
  • Supervise, coach, and train junior OTC team members
  • Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, development, and other HR responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across internal/customer-facing OTC processes
  • Validate and review deliverables completed by the team
  • Utilize multiple systems for data entry, analysis, and report generation
  • Develop and publish OTC performance metrics and dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the OTC stream
  • Ensure compliance with Halliburton’s safety and environmental policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant OTC or business operations experience
  • Experience in order management, invoicing, pricing, or proposals in a shared services environment
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or field operations is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong computer literacy, especially with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret reports
  • Understanding of OTC process flows and KPIs
