Key Responsibilities

  • Install and retrieve Artificial Lift (AL) systems on well sites under general supervision.
  • Perform routine inspections, cable testing, and basic troubleshooting of AL equipment.
  • Provide field-level support and technical guidance to clients on AL system operations.
  • Analyze well production data to identify and repair performance issues in lift systems.
  • Maintain service trucks and ensure mechanical readiness for daily field deployments.
  • Document service reports, mileage, IFTA forms, and billable/non-billable hours.
  • Mentor and train junior field technicians on basic AL operations and safety compliance.
  • Promote and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in artificial lift operations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and complete documentation.
  • Solid foundation in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Proven commitment to field safety and regulatory compliance.
