Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily shift operations in Amazon’s Jaipur fulfillment center, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and implement effective change management strategies.
- Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations Excellence, Fulfillment Centers) and external partners (Carriers, Vendors, Suppliers).
- Escalate and resolve operational issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Extract, analyze, and report data from various systems (Excel, Access, SQL) to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques to boost productivity and reduce errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of employee management and performance oversight experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/full-time employee) experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical capability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100 pounds during shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder interactions.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in performance metrics analysis, process improvements, or lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL.
- Proven ability to implement operational improvements and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
