Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Recovery Management

  • Analyze incremental portfolio trends and forecast potential losses
  • Manage complex case allocations, joint agency visits, and escalations for efficient recoveries
  • Initiate legal proceedings, collaborate with legal teams, and facilitate actions like summons, property attachment, and police coordination

Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring

  • Conduct capacity planning and propose agency expansions as needed
  • Set and monitor monthly/annual recovery goals (AOP) and performance milestones
  • Oversee budget tracking including agency costs and payment validations

Agency & Vendor Oversight

  • Evaluate monthly agency performance, identify underperformance, and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain consistent engagement with agencies, address compliance issues, and facilitate audit follow-ups

Team Leadership & Performance Tracking

  • Allocate cases across regions, assess location-specific capacity, and track vendor availability
  • Monitor key performance indicators like recovery percentages, collection efficiency, and portfolio quality

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 6–12 years of experience in collections, collections team leadership, and vendor management
  • Proven ability to manage high-value delinquent cases and drive recoveries
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation capability, and decision-making under pressure
