🚚 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation execution across Amazon’s supply chain in India, North America (NA), and the EU.
- Serve as a critical link between internal teams including Customer Service, Fulfillment Centers, Last Mile, and Trans Program.
- Troubleshoot delivery disruptions and vendor escalations by driving rapid, scalable solutions.
- Improve SOPs and initiate automation of repetitive processes to ensure faster resolution and operational efficiency.
- Analyze logistics performance and delivery trends using data visualization tools and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure timely communication across stakeholders regarding shipment exceptions, delays, and service level changes.
- Continuously drive process improvement using analytical thinking and industry best practices.
- Promote a customer-obsessed culture and resolve escalations with ownership and urgency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
