💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations including S/4HANA transformation projects
- Conduct business process analysis, design financial solutions, and ensure system alignment with client goals
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS
- Work directly with Indian enterprise clients to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless process flow and value realization
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across SAP practices
- Stay updated on SAP innovations, public cloud integration, and industry best practices
✅ Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with strong domain understanding
- Must have led at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (excluding support projects)
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and public cloud environments
- Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, and PS modules
- Strong command of financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes
- Clear, concise communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage large teams, stakeholders, and multiple project streams
- Comfortable working in hybrid, fast-paced consulting environments
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Full-time MBA or master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and Deloitte’s implementation methodologies
- Willingness to travel for short or long durations depending on project demands
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools (advantageous)
