🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Generative AI Manager, you’ll play a leadership role in AI-driven transformation across various industries:
🔍 AI/ML Project Leadership
- Design, develop, and scale Generative AI models tailored for client use cases.
- Manage end-to-end AI solution lifecycle — from POC to production.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the deployment of NLP and chatbot solutions.
💡 Technical Expertise & Delivery
- Utilize LLMs, LangChain, CNNs, GANs, and Transformers to develop intelligent solutions.
- Build applications using Python and deploy via Flask/Django/FastAPI.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
🌐 Cloud & Deployment
- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ensure secure and scalable architecture for enterprise AI applications.
📈 Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Stay updated on latest AI/ML trends, tools, and innovations.
- Serve as a technical SME for AI solutioning, proposals, and client discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide their skill development.
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this AI/ML Manager role, you’ll need:
- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and LangChain
- Experience with Transformer models, GANs, Encoder–Decoder architectures
- Application deployment experience using Flask, Django, or FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Proven track record in managing AI projects from design to deployment
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Platforms (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a consulting or enterprise AI environment is highly desirable
