π οΈ Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant in AWS Cloud Engineering at Deloitte India, you will:
- Develop AWS cloud services using Terraform scripts (3+ years required).
- Build API services using Python and deploy using Lambda and API Gateway (2+ years).
- Configure and secure AWS environments using IAM policies, Security Groups, NAT Gateway, NACL, S3 policies, and more.
- Manage logging and monitoring using CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and S3 bucket logs.
- Implement and support monitoring solutions based on CloudWatch metrics.
- Work with databases like Redshift and data lake services such as Glue, S3, Athena.
- Collaborate across teams to deploy CI/CD pipelines and automate cloud workflows.
- Document infrastructure, testing procedures, and system configurations for production.
π‘ Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)
- Hands-on experience with Glue Crawlers & Glue Jobs
- Development of backend functions using Python
- Familiarity with Linux OS
- Implementation of Cron Jobs for automation
- Understanding of Tableau and data visualization/reporting
- Exposure to CI/CD practices using AWS-native or open-source tools
π Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4β7 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in AWS cloud development.
- Strong scripting and infrastructure automation experience.
- Prior consulting or client-facing project experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
