🔧 Key Responsibilities

As a Desktop Deployment Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute detailed deployment schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate software and policy-based deployments globally across desktops.
• Prepare and submit ServiceNow Change Requests, and work with approvers.
• Identify appropriate target groups and manage testing feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners, and internal teams.
• Use MECM deployment reports to track success and resolve failures.
• Generate and distribute status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams in issue resolution and process adherence.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience with IT deployment coordination and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Desk functions.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Nexthink, and ServiceNow.
• Strong project management and task scheduling abilities.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT or project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in desktop deployment or software rollout.
• Preferred experience in professional services or consulting environments.
• Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a plus (optional).
