🛡️ About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Consultant – Network Security at Deloitte, you’ll work on securing enterprise environments using Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You’ll ensure secure access control, monitor incidents, and enforce policies aligned with security standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement PIM/PAM solutions across multi-platform environments (Windows, Linux, Unix)
- Integrate PIM/PAM with IAM, Active Directory, SIEM, and email systems
- Automate processes using SOAR tools and scripting
- Administer policies, exceptions, and access controls for network security
- Conduct incident monitoring, analysis, and response
- Monitor and troubleshoot layers 1 to 3 of the OSI model
- Perform packet capture and analysis for diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and standards
- Conduct daily network health and performance audits
- Coordinate with users for issue resolution and proactive support
- Respond quickly to network outages and security breaches
🧰 Required Skills & Tools
- Expertise in Privileged Access Management and Privileged Identity Management
- Experience with Arcon PAM, SOAR, and scripting tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the OSI model
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
- Hands-on experience with IAM, AD, SIEM
- Strong network monitoring and diagnostics capabilities
📚 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech – Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute)
- 3–6 years of total experience in network security
- 3+ years of PIM/PAM implementation and support
- Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills
✅ Preferred Certifications
- Arcon PAM – Administrator or Professional Certification
