- Develop and maintain supply and demand models to balance cost-efficiency with high service levels.
- Lead cross-functional planning meetings, assessing risks, mitigation strategies, and long-term inventory goals.
- Present data-driven inventory insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Implement and refine supply chain evaluation methods, including forecasting tools, statistical models, and digital systems.
- Build and execute inventory control strategies that support new product introductions while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in program or project management roles.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or fulfillment planning, ideally in new product introduction (NPI) contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing cross-team or cross-regional projects.
- Knowledge of planning systems, process optimization, and sales & operations planning (S&OP).
- Understanding of financial modeling and cost accounting in supply chain environments.
