🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Injection Moulding, you will:
- Develop and maintain production schedules ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Implement and uphold quality control standards to meet product specifications.
- Lead, motivate, and train the production team, ensuring performance improvement.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and create a safe workplace environment.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor production performance, collect data, and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Apply knowledge of IATF16949, OHSAS, EMS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, VDA, FTA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and related standards.
