As a SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will:

• Provide end-to-end support and implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Handle modules including Position Management, Time Off, MDF, and Global Benefits
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve HR system queries
• Understand client HR processes and align them with SuccessFactors best practices
• Support post-go-live maintenance, issue resolution, and configuration updates
• Ensure timely communication and documentation throughout the support lifecycle
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders for effective issue resolution
• Create and maintain functional documentation and solution guides

💡 Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Position Management
  • Time Off & Leave Management
  • Metadata Framework (MDF)
  • Global Benefits
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and industry-standard workflows
• Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend scalable solutions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in working within global teams and multi-time-zone environments

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or related field
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred)
• Experience with SuccessFactors implementation or production support
• Exposure to online ticketing systems and service management tools
• Ability to work independently and handle high-impact HR issues under pressure
