🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-impact leadership development programs for partners and executive directors
• Collaborate across teams to deliver employee engagement initiatives that align with Deloitte’s strategic priorities
• Work directly with senior leadership to conceptualize and implement organizational development (OD) frameworks
• Apply creative thinking to design innovative leadership interventions
• Prepare internal communication material, engagement reports, and executive summaries
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling leadership-level data and strategy
• Drive continuous improvement in leadership development frameworks using data and stakeholder feedback

• Experience in program or project management in an L&D or OD setting

🎓 Qualifications

• Full-time MBA from a recognized institute (specialization in HR, L&D, or Organizational Psychology preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Leadership Development, OD, or Employee Engagement
• Experience working with senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, Partners, EDs) is highly desirable
• Exposure to shared services environments or professional services firms is a plus
