🛠 Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud GenAI Engineer, your tasks will include:
- Designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native AI/GenAI models on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Developing ServiceNow virtual agents using SN Agent Builder and integrating them with external AI systems.
- Implementing agentic AI solutions that support autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Working with cloud vector databases for semantic search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Fine-tuning models with prompt engineering, instruction tuning, and transfer learning.
- Securing LLM environments through IAM policies, encryption, and network access controls.
- Participating in client engagements to translate AI requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
- Validating model performance with metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, and perplexity.
- Supporting AI system testing, deployment, and ongoing model maintenance.
✅ Required Skills and Experience
🔹 Technical Expertise:
- 3–5 years of experience in building and deploying cloud-based AI/GenAI solutions
- Hands-on experience with:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Vellum
- Cloud AI tools: SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI
- Vector databases: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate
- 2+ years working with ServiceNow (SN) modules including CSM and Virtual Agent
- Skilled in securing cloud LLMs using data encryption, access controls, and compliance practices
🔹 Programming & Tools:
- Strong knowledge of Python or R
- Familiarity with cloud SDKs, APIs, and AI pipelines
- Bonus: Experience with serverless architectures and ReactJS for AI front-end prototyping
