Key Responsibilities
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for rural aggregation and warehousing.
- Plan and execute local seasonal procurement with rural network partners.
- Manage scheduling, delivery, and warehousing activities in coordination with platform operations.
- Organize and allocate vehicles, tractors, and trolleys for material dispatch as per budget.
- Oversee inward and outward material flow, stock management, and dispatch invoicing.
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and security compliance across all warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to streamline supply chain activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and data reconciliation.
- Produce and share regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and dispatch planning.
- Familiarity with agriculture warehousing operations preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
