Summary

KPMG Global Services is hiring a Transfer Pricing (TP) – US Senior in Kolkata to support TP compliance and advisory projects for multinational clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Transfer Pricing benchmarking, documentation, and financial statement analysis. You will work closely with managers on TP compliance and advisory engagements, contribute to FAR calls, client updates, and data analysis, and help implement best practices across projects. This position provides exposure to global databases, industry analysis, and advanced TP methodologies while enhancing project management and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Execute TP compliance and advisory projects in line with KPMG quality standards.
• Support managers in TP compliance review work, including documentation, benchmarking, and preparation for FAR calls or client meetings.
• Draft meeting notes, minutes, and update reports for client and onshore teams.
• Manage and analyze client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review presentations, research reports, and engagement deliverables.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Transfer Pricing benchmarking processes, including working with global TP databases.
• Apply a strong understanding of TP documentation, industry analysis, and economic analysis.

Practice Management

• Adhere to project timelines and demonstrate ownership of deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with assistance, ensuring self-review of outputs.
• Conduct self-reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future project quality.
• Begin developing external networks and knowledge of industry trends, market practices, and competitor activity.
• Contribute to case studies, proposals, and best practices, sharing knowledge across the firm.
• Comply with internal hygiene factors, including timesheets, leave policies, and risk compliance.
• Actively participate in team initiatives to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing compliance, benchmarking, and documentation processes.
• Ability to manage client data and prepare detailed TP reports.
• Experience with global TP databases and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to support managers in research, FAR calls, and advisory workstreams.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 3–5 years in Transfer Pricing, preferably with exposure to US TP regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to contribute to project delivery and practice management.
