Responsibilities
SAP Risk & Controls
- Lead SAP Risk and Controls projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Conduct pre- and post-implementation SAP reviews, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Implement continuous controls monitoring to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Assess SAP S4 controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Utilize knowledge of key business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) to enhance control frameworks.
Audit & Compliance
- Perform SAP audits with focus on system integrity and data accuracy.
- Test design and effectiveness of internal controls, including SOD, ITAC, ITDM, ICFR, and IFRS.
- Apply frameworks like COSO, SOX (Sections 302 & 404), and GDPR.
- Provide thought leadership on SAP risk and control trends and best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and control considerations into broader project objectives.
- Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand processes and systems landscape.
- Identify business opportunities within existing engagements and escalate as appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP IT Audit or IT risk management.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S4 HANA systems.
- Proven expertise in SAP Risk and Controls projects and internal control frameworks.
- Familiarity with business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
- Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CIA.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Big 4 or consulting experience preferred.
