Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-trade controls and fund eligibility reviews.
- Monitor and report un-invested collateral balances.
- Perform regulatory checks on fund investments to ensure compliance.
- Track and manage overdrawn balances for commingled funds.
- Reconcile client-directed capital cash flows and manage transition breaks.
- Prepare MIS reports for high-value and aged breaks.
- Coordinate and process client account transitions.
- Compile monthly regulatory reports and metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to fund reconciliation.
- Follow escalation protocols for reconciliation and operational processing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and asset management operations.
- Experience using AI and automation tools like Alteryx/Xceptor.
- Ability to create data visualizations with Tableau.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement scalable solutions.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
