About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst (AI & Data Transformation), you’ll bridge business needs with technology capabilities. You’ll lead requirement gathering, solution design, process improvement, and data analytics initiatives that power smarter decisions and digital innovation for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Elicitation & Analysis

• Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements through workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
• Break down complex needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prioritize requirements to align with business objectives and delivery timelines.

2. Documentation & Communication

• Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and design documentation.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
• Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership.

3. Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with technical teams to design data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
• Validate solutions through UAT, performance testing, and business validation.
• Drive change adoption and training post-implementation.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify process automation opportunities using AI, GenAI, and RPA technologies.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies—planning, grooming, retrospectives—for iterative improvement.

6. Stakeholder & Project Management

• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional communication.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Hands-on skills in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Exposure to data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure) and Web Services (Postman, SOAP).
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Gliffy).
• Awareness of AI, GenAI, and RPA technologies.
